Dear Steve!
We are the organiser of the Surf Worldcup in Austria. I have seen the press release from the PWA about the Top 10 rule for "low level" events.

We have also founded the EFPT (European Freestyle Pro Tour) and we had similar problems with PWA in the past.

So please do not hesitate to contact me, so that we can exchange our "expirience"

Br
